Additional Advisory Sessions provide flexible, as-needed support as you put recommendations into practice, work through new questions, or consider changes to your hiring and performance evaluation approach.
Sessions continue the scope of an existing Selection Advisory. Work involving a new role or job family, substantial new review, development or redesign, or statistical analysis or validation is scoped separately.

Consultation Format
Sessions are held by video call. In-person consultation is also available by arrangement, with travel costs billed separately.
