What’s Included with PXT Select™ Expert Practitioner Certification
The certification package includes:
- Access to the self-paced PXT Select™ Expert Practitioner training, with three learning modules covering Foundations, Reports, and Application
- PXT Select™ Expert Practitioner certification exam
- PXT Select™ Expert Practitioner Certified credential upon passing
- 10 SHRM professional development credits (PDCs)
The training takes approximately nine hours, followed by a certification exam that takes approximately one hour. A passing score of 80% is required. The exam may be retaken if needed.
The PXT Select™ Expert Practitioner training modules are also available at no cost without the certification exam or SHRM professional development credits. If you’d like to complete the training without credentialing or SHRM PDCs, contact us to get enrolled.

After Purchase
We’ll enroll you in the PXT Select™ Expert Practitioner certification program. You’ll receive an email with instructions for accessing the online learning system and completing the training and certification exam.
