Getting Started
After purchase, we’ll coordinate setup of your assessment center. Sift HR reviews your job description and a brief Job Analysis Survey to identify what matters most for success in the role. We use that information to configure a job-specific PXT Select™ scoring model and make sure you’re ready to assess candidates and interpret the results.
Using PXT Select™ After Launch
Once your initial setup is complete, you can add assessments and roles whenever you need them. Your assessment center, reporting access, and Sift HR support continue as you use PXT Select™. Assessments do not expire.
